Shipping Policy

Please read the following information carefully about our ordering, shipping, and return policies.

For Continental U.S. Orders

Shipping Time & Fee:

Order processing time can take 1-3 business days. Transit time via our Standard Ground service is typically 1-5 days and varies by shipping location. For HI, AK and PR, we may provide shipment service at custom rates.

FlexSolar® offers free ground shipping for all orders in the continental U.S. You have the option to choose faster shipping if you pay an additional cost. Please contact us at 1-800-620-1249 for further information.

Shipping Orders:

Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of $200 or more, a signature may be required. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, you must let a representative know as soon as possible by calling 1-800-620-1249.

The estimated delivery date may be delayed due to some unexpected events. All purchases through flexsolarenergy.com are made pursuant to the shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

All orders must have a valid street address and cannot be sent to PO Boxes. For California residents purchasing FlexSolar® products, please follow local regulations.

Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damage in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.

 

Order Cancellation:

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled prior to shipment, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Once a product is received, a return request can be made.


Delivery Address:

A correct and complete delivery address is essential.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address and the shipment cannot be rerouted. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the purchaser), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.


Shipping Couriers & Status:

Order(s) will be shipped by FlexSolar®. When you place an order on flexsolarenergy.com website, you will receive a shipping information email automatically from FlexSolar®. Please check your email address. If you haven't found the email, please check your spam box and add flexsolarenergy.com to your contact list.

 

For International Orders

Please contact us at support@flexsolarenergy.com to provide order details such as shipping location and order quantity We will review if and how to meet your order request. Processing time can take 3-5 business days and transit time often takes 7-10 days. There may be customs duties charged by your local customs according to your local policy, you need to clean customs and bear the tax.
